Return Policy of Products after Dispatch/Exchange Products

  1. At Akkalaarts.com, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Applicable only in case of defective, damage on arrival or what you have got is different from what you have ordered.                         
  2. Only regular priced items may be refunded, shipping charges & tax amount cannot be refunded.                                                                       
  3. God idols cannot be refunded. Black stone, White Marble, Brass, Panchaloha etc….                                                                                        
  4. Applicable only in case of defective, damage on arrival or what you have got is different  from what you have ordered.                                     
  5. Any product refundable Except god idols, purchased from the Website, can be returned to the Company within seven (7) days of delivery on information & confirmation from Mr. A.V. Rajesh in cell number  +91 9440537634 or Email :- akkalaarts@gmail.com.                                        
  6. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Pack the product in a slim pack with bubble packing so that they are sage during transit.            
  7. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.                                
  8. Any products having warranty if required will be serviced in accordance with respective manufacturer’s warranty terms.                                          
  9. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the only product cost detect shipping changes payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. if payment was made by credit card/ debit card/ net banking/ bank transfer/ paypal/ other, once we receive the product we will credit your account.                                                                                                             
  10. Any Goods Damaged in shipping (or) Delivery will only be considered for exchange.

Any cancellation Products  

  1. All eligible refunds against cancellation of orders by user before delivery of product to user will be subject to deduction of  5% of the product price already paid (Transaction value ) as banking and transaction charges and balance would be processed cancellation request for any order before delivery of product.

The company shall have the right to refund ,or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or whether or not the order has been confirmed and user’s credit/ debit/ cash card charged. The company shall issue a credit for the amount of the charge.                                            
  4. Any eligible refund will be initiated by the company, within seven (7) working days of receipt of request for cancellation of order, in case of cancellation before delivery of the products, however, it will be credited to user’s bank/ credit card/ debit card account within such time as taken by banking channels to process refund transaction.                                   
  5. The company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. The company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and user’s credit/ debit/cash card charged. The company shall issue a credit for the amount of the charge.                                                                                                         
  6. All refunds will be made out through crediting the account from which the payments were made.                                                                           
  7. Title to goods and all risk of loss passes to user upon delivery to the common carrier.
